Organisational structure:Governance structure of Community Help Community, which best assures an independent organisation that is efficiently and effectively managed on scientific lines. The Memorandum of Association recommends a two-tier governance structure, comprising a 17 member General Body, a Executive Body comprising of 7 members and an Executive Body headed by the Chairman/President. Significant features of the governance structure are its system of checks and balances and the leading role given to Partners’ Networks and Staff of the Organization.General Body: It is a 19-member body which reviews the performance of the CHC, elects the members of the Executive body, approves the Annual Reports and appoints the auditors.Executive Body: The 7-member Board controls and manages the affairs of the organisation and is elected every year from among the members of the General Body. The 7-members Executive Body comprises senior management of CHC and; it prepares policy suggestion, implements decisions and ensures implementation of CHC’s Strategic Plans and its operational programmes.

  • Chairman leads the organisation and provides vision, inspiration and guidance to CHC; heads the outreach programme of CHC & CHC Edhi Network and coordinate and collaborate with all voluntary groups of CHC Edhi Network in districts of Pakistan
